Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of the Word Search Desktop Puzzle Software provided by Luxana Capital LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Word Search Desktop Puzzle Software, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Luxana Capital LLC provides tools for generating word search puzzles with custom grid sizes and word directions.

2. License & Usage Restrictions

Upon purchase, Luxana Capital LLC grants you a Perpetual Lifetime License for the WordSearchZ software. This license grants you the right to install and use the software on your compatible devices with no recurring subscription fees.

This is a proprietary commercial product. To protect our intellectual property, the following restrictions apply:

  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Non-Transferable: Your lifetime license is for your personal or business use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
  • Modification Prohibited: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the software or its proprietary algorithms.
  • Lifetime Scope: "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the WordSearchZ product and includes all version updates released by Luxana Capital LLC for this specific software.

3. Ownership of Output

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to the puzzles and solution keys you export. These files are provided in vector-grade SVG and high-resolution PDF formats, making them ready for professional publishing and commercial print-on-demand services.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Luxana Capital LLC or WordsearchZ does not store or have access to your full credit card details, as all payment data is handled by our third-party processor. Due to the immediate digital delivery of our software and the included lifetime commercial license, all sales are final. We recommend verifying compatibility with your system requirements prior to purchase.

Luxana Capital LLC provides the following framework regarding your digital purchase:

  • Technical Resolution: If the software fails to launch or function on a supported operating system, you must contact software@luxanacapital.com within 14 days of purchase. Our commitment is to provide technical support to ensure the software performs as advertised, not to provide a refund.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once the software has been purchased.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds are strictly not provided for "change of mind," accidental purchases, loss of local data, or incompatibility with hardware/distributions not listed in our official system requirements.

5. Data & Privacy

WordSearchZ is a local-first application. Your word lists and settings are stored locally on your machine. We do not collect or upload your puzzle content to our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as-is". Luxana Capital LLC is not liable for any data loss occurring on your local storage or incompatibility with third-party publishing platforms.
